Property Centric’s Board Members are selected
based on their expertise in the specific areas of business advice
needed by the company in its development and growth stages. We
are currently seeking two additional Board Members: a Software
Development Advisor and Advertising Advisor.
Leigh Curry | Multifamily Advisor
As founder of Curry Conduit Services, Inc., Leigh provides marketing, consulting and industry representation for multifamily companies. Prior to Curry Conduit, Leigh spent 5 years as the Director of Marketing and Conference Services for MGI Publications, former publisher of Multifamily Executive magazine and producer of the Multifamily Executive Educational Conference and the Multifamily Leadership Summit.
At MGI Publications, Leigh was responsible for all magazine and conference marketing campaigns. Other responsibilities included monthly advertising promotion, electronic newsletters, circulation development, editorial development and customized advertising supplements. He also oversaw all aspects of the Multifamily Executive Educational Conference and the Multifamily Leadership Summit including initial planning, budgeting, marketing, production and on-site management.
Previous to working with MGI Publications, Leigh spent 10 years with the Defined Assets Funds Group at Merrill Lynch. Leigh is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish.
Jennifer Gosse | Technology Advisor
Leading the development of Property Centric as President, Jennifer
excels in business and sales channel development and marketing,
with a focus on search engine and online methods. Before joining
Property Centric, Jennifer served as VP Marketing for Vortaloptics,
a software development and marketing firm. Her role at Vortaloptics
included building several marketing channels, including a Master
Distributor channel which licensed technology to companies such
as a local search engine advertising franchise, radio stations
and marketing service providers. Past roles include VP Business
Development at Personal Research Corporation of New York, where
she was instrumental in growing its customer base and revenues
through national TV and Internet marketing campaigns. She has
also held management positions in marketing and customer relationship
management at consumer advocacy and Internet organizations.
Jennifer believes that today’s best e-solutions are not
just pure technology plays, but those that intelligently enable
human interaction with the technology. This paradigm shift, as
illustrated in Vortaloptics’ marketing solutions, help businesses
of all sizes and budgets harness the powerful influence of the
Internet to build their brands, convert and retain more customers.

Business Development Advisor
David, COO of The Lynd Company, a Top 50 Multifamily company,
is known as a visionary in the property management industry. Through
a competitive spirit, entrepreneurial drive, keen implementation
of technology and a client-first mentality, David and his brother
Michael have propelled the Lynd Co. to monumental growth since
the late 90s when they took over leadership of their father’s
company. David has managed growth of the company from 1200 units
in 1997 to the current size of over 27,000 units, valued at over
$1 billion, earning Lynd the 41st position on the 2006 Multifamily
Executive magazine’s Top 50 list. Their properties are located
throughout the Southeast, Southwest, Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania.
David is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations
over all the managed assets. He facilitates the collection of
over $140M worth of rent collections annually. David graduated
from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Economics/Finance.
Paul Kaliades | Financial &
Multifamily Industry Advisor
With more than 18 years of multifamily sales and management experience,
Paul Kaliades has earned a national reputation for guiding multifamily
companies through critical stages of development. Prior to joining
Renters Legal Liability Insurance, a provider of community based
renter’s liability programs, as president in April 2006, Kaliades
was president and partner of SureDeposit, the nation’s leading
provider of security deposit alternatives for the multifamily
industry. In this capacity, he led the company’s dramatic expansion
of its innovative risk management/marketing program and was a
leading force in helping to grow the national industry’s acceptance
of security deposit alternatives at 1.5 million units in 40 states.
Prior to joining SureDeposit as vice president in 2000, Kaliades
oversaw marketing and management for a portfolio of more than
70 buildings totaling 11,000 units located throughout New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware as executive vice president
for The Kamson Corporation. While at Kamson, he received the New
Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) 1996 Distinguished Owner
of the Year Award, among others. From 1997 to 1999, Kaliades served
as president of NJAA, whose membership doubled during his tenure.
Kaliades has also been actively involved in the National Apartment
Association (NAA), where he has served on the Legislative, PAC,
Budget, and NSC Committees, acts as a Region II delegate, and
plays an integral role in NAA’s Annual Capital Conference in Washington,
D.C. In recent years, Kaliades’ involvement with NAA’s Strategic
Growth Task Force has lead to the formation of both the Connecticut
and Greater Hudson Valley Apartment Associations. He has also
served as a member of the board of director of the National Multi-Housing
Council.
Bob Marcino | Legal Advisor
Bob is an attorney and co-owner of Strategic Recovery Partnership
Inc., one of the healthcare industry’s leading subrogation firms
serving that industry since 1993. Acting as the firm’s Marketing
and Client Development contact, Bob has valuable experience in
establishing and growing a national company. Before founding SRP,
Bob held several positions in the insurance industry and was an
employee relations consultant on matters involving employment
law and medical benefits. He regularly speaks at conferences and
has been published various trade magazines. Bob is also a private
real estate investor and partner in Whitney Properties, L.P. and
Chestnut Properties, L.P
A cum laude graduate of LaSalle University (B.S. in Finance),
Bob obtained his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School
of Law. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and
U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
and is an active member of the American Bar Association.
Rob Remus | Sales Advisor
Rob, a 15-year executive in the multi-family industry, has been selected as a Property Centric board member due to his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, passion for ROI-producing technology products and active property management relationships. He has had numerous years of practical multi-family residential experience ranging the gamut of roles, including marketing, leasing, mechanical, maintenance, acquisitions and asset management. At one time, Rob successfully managed and operated a portfolio of 820 residential units in Philadelphia, PA for over 7 years. Rob co-founded Apartment Solutions Inc./Reslynx Inc. and served as Vice President of Operations for 5 years. Apartment Solutions was a multi-family residential solutions-development provider which offered a fee-based virtual leasing offices in 8 cities from Boston to Arlington along with proprietary call-center enterprise software that coordinated client email, phone and walk-in traffic into a web browser interface for leasing communication. Rob and his partners sold the company to Weichert Realtors, forming the Weichert Rental Network, the first-ever 24/7 call-center for home buyers and sellers directly connected with field real estate agents nationwide. He subsequently served as their Vice President of Sales & Marketing. From 2004 to 2007, Rob served as the National Account Marketing Director for Illustratus Premium Newsletters, a Uhlig Company. He was instrumental in introducing "Dynamic-Content Publishing" to the Top 100 property management firms and revolutionized newsletter campaigns nationwide.
In April 2007, accepted the position of president of Property Centric Inc, the exclusive local search solutions provider to the Multi-Family Residential Industry. Additionally, Rob is owner and president of Chestnut Properties LLC (PA Corp) which invests in residential multi-family units in the Philadelphia metro. He also resides in Philadelphia and serves on the Chestnut Hill Community & Business Association Board of Directors. He attended Saint Joseph’s University of Philadelphia.
Prima Walker | Marketing Advisor
Prima is a Regional Marketing Manager for Wood Partners, a nationwide
home builder. Formally Director of Marketing & PR for Mark-Taylor,
brings more than 16 years of finance, marketing and communications
experience to the company, including 3 years of international
PR and promotions. While at Mark-Taylor, she was responsible for
the day-to-day marketing and advertising of Mark-Taylor’s
numerous properties throughout Metro Phoenix including the award-winning
Mark-Taylor website.
Prior to Mark-Taylor, she was responsible for corporate banking
and investor relations as the assistant treasurer of MicroAge,
Inc.
Prima received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from
Arizona State University and is a member of the Arizona Multi-housing
